Dr. Zabih

A resident of Panama CIty and has been in private practice since 2002.    He has privileges at all local hospitals,  nursing homes, and is the medical director for Emerald Coast Hospice.   Dr. Zabih takes pride in being involved in his patient's care through all stages of their disease.   Dr. Zabih's dedication to his patient's drove him to have the first clinic open in Bay County after Hurricane Michael.  Furthermore, he turned his clinic into a free medical center and donation center for the effected area for multiple weeks after the storm.

Edee

Our beloved office manager is a licensed radiologist for the past 30 years.  She has worked in the cardiac cath lab, mammography practices, and for the past 12 years has has worked alongside Dr Zabih.  Edee is involved in the community and continues to look for new ways to help get services to those undeserved.

Carrie

For the past five years,  Carrie always greet patients with a smile.  She is a wealth of knowledge with 29 years of experience related to disease processes and community resources.  Carrie was instrumental in managing the clinic Immediately after Hurricane Michael.

Scott Heilmann ARNP

A Family Nurse Practitioner who has been in the medical field for 20 years.  Scott is a graduate of Purdue University with a sub-specialty in surgical assisting.  He is a valuable community resource.  Also, he has lived through many natural disasters and provided medical care in the aftermath.  He has participated in relief efforts following 9-11 in NY, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, and most recently in Bay County following Hurricane Michael.

Kayla

For the past 12 years, Kayla has been the heart and soul of the practice.  She prides herself on being able to make impossible prior authorizations possible.  She always has a smile and will make even the worst day a little bit better.

Jennifer

The newest member to our staff.  She is an LPN and certified phlebotomist since 1994.  Jennifer aided in Hurricane Michael efforts at our office as a volunteer and has since taken on a full time position.  She has an excellent ability to get whatever problem you are having managed.

NORMAL BUSINESS RETURNS

In an attempt to return to normal business practices we are no longer offering free medical care.  County services have re-opened and we can assist you in finding those resources.

We will also be adding weekend hours to better accommodate the needs of the community.

 

MEDICAL AND PERSONAL SUPPLIES

We have reached out to many corporate vendors looking for needed supplies to this area, and they have responded.  Come to the clinic and get your medical needs taken care of and pick up emergency needs as well.  Food, water, medication, tarps, diapers, clothes....

Doors are open, 2 days after Hurrican Michael.  We are serving anyone with any medical needs.  No cash, no insurance, no problem.
